What is Singapore Kart Racing?

This is Singapore's first site for karting enthusiasts to connect & organize karting races in and around of Singapore. This is a self-organizing & self-funding non-profit group of kart racers of all ages & experience level.

Founded in Oct 2007, the aim is to provide a safe and inexpensive setting to fulfill our kart racing desires.

The short term goal is to organize a league / season format kart events where racers collect points at every race. The long term vision is to cultivate a sustainable karting culture at the grass-roots level in Singapore.

How do I join this group?

There is no formal process to join this group. The group takes the form of informal gatherings, forum communication, mailing list, as well as this website. Just take an active part in any of our meeting or discussion and you’re part of us.

How do I join the races?

The premier kart racing event in Singapore right now is the KartingEdge Series. 

Racing event information are usually posted on any or all of the sites listed above.

To register just follow the instructions stated in the event details.

The latest event was just completed on the 19th of April 2008.

Do I need to have a kart to join the races?

No you do not. The KartingEdge Series uses karts on a rental basis from the track. This is called the “arrive-and-race” system.
